What celeb chef Marcus Samuelsson can’t live without
Dapper chef Marcus Samuelsson is a man of taste, both gustatory and sartorial.
The 46-year-old, who has 32 restaurants from New York to Stockholm, just opened two hot spots at the Curtain hotel in London: the Red Rooster Shoreditch, an outpost of his famed Harlem eatery, and Tienda Roosteria, an all-day bar and taco joint.
"I love supporting local businesses -- this candle is by someone who lives in Harlem, and I like the scent names given to each Harlem-themed candle."
